The human systems consultancy at AeI focuses on integrating human systems engineering practices throughout the product or system life cycle. Emphasis is placed upon real world applied issues including the specification and evaluation of complex multi-user systems. Such work involves real-world scenarios generation, on understanding of the operational context, human effectiveness and practical evaluation and analysis tools. The analysis apporach provided by the Human Systems Team for complex multi-user operations supports the full integration of both quantitative & qualitative information, Implementaion of this approach has supported the development of recommendations on systems usability with application to the evaluation of total system effectiveness.
